What is the average price for a dinner and whether it is worth it. Would appreciate feedback and recommendation for another restaurant.

looking at the menu and the prices charged i would say that the prices are top end for the Czech Republic for that style of food. never been there but just looking at the menu i have been to some pretty classy places in Prague that would not charge as much as these prices.I certaily would not be prepared to pay the prices they are charging.
have a look at other places in the area i am sure you will find things a great deal cheaper.

Marianske Lazne have prices for German tourists. Find some restaurant in residential neighborhood of M.L. where only locals eat. Prices are much better there. Spa section of M.L. is expensive.
