Having a late lunch at the Strahov Monastery, a short, but uphill, walk from Prague Castle. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Having two starters-a cheese, trout, wildboar spread plate and duck pate. Both very good. Also tasting the beers: Black IPA, Amber Larger and Festbier very good. Come here after a morning at Prague Castle…especially if you climb the 287 steps to the top of the South Tower!

I didn’t get to eat at Strahov Monastery (although I had eyed it), so I am jealous. LOL! But my friends and I had a private guided tour of the library, which was beyond amazing.
