We’re staying at the Residence Agnes, and I have never had service like this in another hotel. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need. When you walk into the hotel they offer you a beverage of your choice and not just when you check in. They offer beverages all day, every day. They have a no charge pick up at the train station in a luxury car and give an introductory city tour on the way to the hotel. I can go on and on. What a wonderful place this world would be if more hotels were like Residence Agnes.

I totally agree with you. I recommend it whenever anyone asks me about a hotel in Prague.

We had the same experience when we stayed there about nine years ago. Simply one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot). I told Frank, the hotelier, when we left that he should run seminars for hotel managers! Highest recommendation.

Frank is the most humble man you may ever meet, and the team he has assembled at Residence Agnes is phenomenal. They look for ways to be of service to their guests. One of the best hotels in all of Europe!
