Has anyone recently tried to cancel a room reservation? We are arriving a couple of days early for our Summer 2023 tour. I made reservations for a suite because that is all that was available until recently; now I have booked 2 smaller rooms. I can't seem to cancel the suite. The staff have told me I need to go to the website and log in, but there is no where to do a cancellation at that point.
