Hotel Barkakan at Český Krumlov Aug 31, 2019

Hi, I booked Hotel Barkakan at Český Krumlov in the night of Aug 31, 2019 via booking.com. It's a no-refundable non-changeable booking for 77 euro. I need to change to Sept 1, 2019. I called hotel and booking.com and they won't let me cancel or change the booking. Is anyone looking for hotel at Cesky Krumlov on Aug 31, 2019. Hotel Barkakan is a very nice one with great reviews. If you need a hotel at Český Krumlov Aug 31, 2019, I could transfer the reservation to you . Thank you so much for your help in advance.

I would try again with the hotel and booking.com to cancel as you are over a week in advance. Sometimes asking a second time you might persuade them. I think they are being ridiculous not to refund you for a one-night reservation which is a week away!
