Any comments about The Appia Hotel in the Mala Strana area?

Hello! We are three generations of family going to Prague this May to meet my daughter after her semester end. Has anyone had any experience with The Appia Hotel? After looking at so many hotels and having my head spin, I decided on The Appia. In addition to their hotel, they offered an apartment which I thought may work well - but I'm not 100% sure I'll stick with it. I'd rather hear from someone who has stayed there. While the apartment idea seems nice, of the two bathrooms, only one has a shower - the other has a tub which I doubt any of the six of us will prefer.
