Where to go in Croatia

Hi,
Going to Croatia Oct. 27 to Nov.4th, it's a cooking tour.
We will be in Dubrovnik for 3 nights plus going to Konavle.
Then we go to Split for 4 nights including Mali Ston and Brac and a river cruise.

Should we go to Zagreb Nov. 3 ( stay 1 night)and fly out from Zagreb back to the states or see Hvar on Nov. 3rd?

If you fly out on Nov. 4, you should probably stay the night of Nov. 3 in the same town that you depart from. It might depend a bit on the time of your flight.

I would also stay in Zagreb. Hvar is best visited in the warmer weather and not during the off season.
