There was an article in this week’s Croatiaweek.com dated February 15 that the city has designed a tourist map for people who use wheelchairs. The map is called the Blue Line and an online version is available. This is just a FYI for anyone who has any difficulties.

thanks for sharing. i enjoyed Zagreb in Dec - it was all ready and hopping for Christmas!
my mom has severe mobility issues - i don't plan on taking her to Croatia yet but this gave me the idea to look up similar maps elsewhere.

Yes, if you read the article it mentions that it joins other cities that are handicapped assessable.
