What to do in Zadar?

We'll be in Zadar for a day in July. Seems like a 'free' walking tour is available, which we like to do but only 1.5-2 hours. What else would be recommended to do in Zadar with another 2-4 hours available?

There is a very lovely Garden (Queen Jelena Park) you could walk around.
Or walk along the water, sit and Listen to the Sea organ for a little while. The Church of St Donatus is a landmark but empty, not much to see inside.
