Rick recommends taking a private water taxi to Palmizana, hiking to eat at Konoba Dionis, and returning to Hvar from Vlaka via private water taxi. I’m being told that the fare is 120-140 euro each way. Am I missing something here? This seems high for a Rick recommendation and doesn’t match what’s in the guidebook. Since time of print they’ve gone to euro but still doesn’t make sense to me. Has anyone does this recently?
