Does anyone have a company they can recommend for a private car transfer from Venice to Rovinj, Croatia? We will be 3 adults traveling in mid September. Unfortunately the Ferry from Venice to Rovinj is not an option for us. Thank you in advance.

I've heard great things about GoOpti (possibly even in the RS Croatia/Slovenia guidebook? Can't remember now). They do both shared transfers and private ones:

If you have booked your accommodation in Rovinj, you may want to ask them if they have a company or driver they use. Several Rovinj drivers take clients to Trieste airport for example. Any Rovinj based company/taxi would be making a return trip.
Pity the Venezialines ferry and its comfortable upstairs VIP lounge is not an option, it is very stable and almost boring. Took it last mid-September, a Friday, and arrived as usual around 9pm. Only one short staircase to the upper lounge - with its own washroom.
