My wife and I are doubled vaccinated Canadians. Are there COVID entry restrictions to expect flying into Dubrovnik then driving around for a month, starting in mid September? i.e. confinement, forms to fill ahead of time, delays at border crossing etc.

We flying September 7. Besides being vaccinated, there is a form to complete a day or two before you leave. As of now you have to have a hotel/B&B etc reservation besides being vaccinated. You have to put in each place you are staying in each city. The form states you must have on your person proof of accommodations. We are staying in 5 different hotels and our apt.
