We are actually trying to get to Pula from Prague quickest way possible.
Does anyone know if there is a fast train from Prague to Zagreb or all the way to Pula?
We may have to fly from Prague to Zagreb and then get a rental car from Zagreb and drive 3 hours to Pula..
Any suggestions appreciated.

Check flight prices from Prague to Ljubljana or Zagreb at www.skyscanner.com. Car rental will be more expensive if you pick up and drop it in different countries.
Trains from Ljubljana center to Pula take 4.5 hours (only 2x/day at 06:11 and 13:11). How to Look Up Train Schedules Online gives you the DB train schedule link and tips for using it. Train/bus combos for the whole trip from Prague to Pula take about 17 hours via Munich and Ljubljana.

I found a flight from Prague to Zagreb on skyscanner and traveleurope.com that's not priced too bad and leaves Prague 845am and arrives Zagreb 3:50pm.
When we arrive in Zagreb airport we can rent a car there and just drive 3 hours 10 mins from Zagreb to Pula.
Thank you for the train info but it takes too long via train.

Depending on the time of year that you go, you could take a passenger ferry from Venice. Flights to Venice from Prague can be pretty cheap.
