I will be attempting to get from Rovinj, to Split in late August. I would rather not drive.. Does anyone know of a company or private guide that would provide this with the occasional stop along the way? I will then need to fly Easyjet from SPU to NAP so I will be on a bit of a time line.

If you decide to drive, it's fairly easy - almost all fast, modern highway, though it's not a quick drive. I think it's about five hours.
There's also a direct flight at the crack of dawn from Pula to Zadar every day, but I'm not sure if that helps.
Or ferry from Rovinj to Venice, 5hr train from Venice to Naples. Or bus or shuttle up to Trieste; 7hr train from there to Naples. Given the 5hr drive down to Split even if you have someone take you, those aren't too much slower than flying out of Split. I'd prefer a ferry + a nice train ride to a long drive plus a flight myself.
Have you considered taking a bus? We have done FlixBus on several occasions, and have been impressed by the quality of the buses and speed of travel.
I have not seen a bus option that takes less than 11 hours. Driving looks like 5'ish.
Where in Rovinj are you staying? I would bet that TI in Rovinj can provide you information about drivers.
