Hello, we arriving in Split at 3 p.m. on Sept. 2. We have a hotel booked at Plitvice for that evening. Is there a bus that leaves directly from airport, or do we have to leave airport for bus station to catch a bus to Plitvice? After looking at schedules, I am now wondering if we will have to rent a car. After a day at Plitvice we will be driving back to stay in Split.

The last bus leaves Split bus station at 3:30 PM.
Renting a car is probably your best bet.
