Why I can't I find an official website for St. Domnius cathedral in Split? I even tried using a VPN for Croatia and still couldn't find anything.
I want to book tickets for my visit in June, but the website listed in the Rick Steves guide doesn't work www.katedrala-split.hr please help!
Try Split Cathedral. Not clear you can book tickets online, but I don't recall a crush of people
trying to get in.
You don’t need to reserve ahead for it. There’s a ticket office on the peristyle that sells tickets for all the historic sights in the old town. The ticket office was never crowded. Honestly, all the palace sights are pretty small and are quick visits. The Cathedral is cool, but again very small. On paper it all sounds like much more to tackle than it is. There’s like five sites and I saw them all inside of 30 minutes.
