Are there tour companies which could run us through these three sites leaving from the cruise port in Split? Please let me know if anyone has exp with any companies.

There is a tourist bus that goes to Salona, Klis, and Trogir. It is located near the ferry terminal on the Riva. I’m not sure where the Split cruise ship terminal is but I think it is nearby.
You can visit Split on your own.
I can also recommend a tour company which can take you to wherever you want to go.
