We are visiting Split at the end of May, and we are looking for a tour that combines history and food! Ideally, we would like a walking tour of the palace and the other historical sites in Split that also includes stops at various restaurants to try out local foods. Does this exist, and if so, any recommendations?

If you are an art fan I would highly recommend adding a visit to the Ivan Meštrović Gallery. The 20th century sculptor was influenced by the works of Michelangelo and Rodin. We took a 10 min bus ride to this amazing gallery. It was the highlight of lovely Split.
