Dont know how you are doing on the tour guides. Nera is great in Dubrovnik, but given you are looking for Split, Dubrovnik and Kotor you might do better with Dijana for all three, and the stops in between and the transfers from one to the other. There is a lot to see between each and having one person plan it all so you dont miss anything has real value.
