Can any one recommend at this late stage in June, places to stay in Split and Dubrovnik which are reasonably priced and handy to everything. Something has happened to one of my bookings and the other one, somehow I had picked out but obviously forgot to actually book. Not many stairs would be great as we have several bags having come from the other side of the world for 5 weeks in Europe.
