Finishing Svalbard expedition in Helsinki on July 23 with 7 days until Aug 1 in Reykjavik Iceland. Hoping to find a way to visit Croatia Highlights during week in between. Not interested in renting a car. Suggestions for group or semi-private/private tours greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Two Rick Steves guides (who are excellent!) based in Bulgaria have their own tour company, Lyuba Tours, and may be able to arrange a private tour. They specialize in the Balkans and Central Asia.

Gate 1 offers tours. There is one starting on Tuesday July 23rd, which really means the tour first meets on the evening of July 24th in Zagreb. It is a ten day tour.
