I recently took a three day Rabbies tour out of Inverness. It went to Lewis and Harris so that tour may not be the one you want.
My tour was excellent. They do have others out of Inverness.

FYI, you've posted in the Croatia forum. You may get more responses in the Scotland forum.
As mentioned, Rabies is a good choice.
