Can anyone give me any concrete advice on this
We where planning on driving from the Uk through France and Italy down to split in Croatia
Is this now permitted and if so what are the restrictions we must adhere to

no you aren't allowed to travel into France from the UK without quarantine.

The information I am finding is saying you are allowed to enter France if you are fully vaccinated. You will also need to be vaccinated to enter Croatia or present a negative PCR test.
