Delta required a PCR test for our international flight.to Europe.; the Tapid Antigen test was not acceptable . Does it require a PCR in order to return to the US too? I know the federal regulations are for a viral test & I had posted about that question. We were planning to get the rapid tests at the Dubrovnik Airport tomorrow before we started our journey back to Minnesota. Anyone fly into the US from Europe on Delta? Was the Rapid test ok for entry to US?
The issue is not so much a Delta Airlines issue as a US government issue. The US government requires a COVID-19 test before returning to the US. A rapid antigen test is adequate. You do not need a PCR.
Thank you , Dave,! Then we are all set!
We tested in Rovinj, rapid test plus vaccination will get you to Italy, took the ferry to Venice for a direct flight to JFK. It’s not Delta, it’s the Country you are flying into. USA requires negative rapid antigen within 3 days of your flight. Best to have vaccination card plus negative test for travel… it’s seemed easier.
Thank you!
