Looking for a recommendation for a good map of Croatia, that goes as far north as the Istrian peninsula and as far south as the Bay of Kotor. Its really hard to tell online, but the Marco Polo atlas might work. Has anyone had experience with it. We'll also be bringing our GPS as a backup but I'm also a map reader.
You might do better with a good Croatia map and a good Montenegro Map. You need road maps I presume? As good as any can be found on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Dalmatia-Geographical-Croatia-Montenegro-Slovenia/dp/9632163141/ref=sr_1_sc_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1450191737&sr=1-3-spell&keywords=montenegor+road+map
But this is the brand I use: http://www.amazon.com/Montenegro-English-Spanish-French-German/dp/3707910598/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1450191835&sr=1-1&keywords=montenegro+map
Actually I am looking for a map too, but the maps linked to are pretty dated. Any one could suggest a more resent option?
The roads are pretty dated as well.
