This September we were planning on taking an early train from Venice to Trieste and hoping to find a driver to take us to Rovinj. Anybody have any suggestions? I wanted to do the ferry, but it looks like only 1 and it doesn't get in until after 10pm. We'd rather spend more of the day in Rovinj.

Support the local economy, please use a Croatian company where possible. This is one local driver you can depend on www.rovinj-transfers.com and there are many more.

I appreciate your reply and will look in to those suggestions. I agree and would prefer supporting local businesses.
