Printing OBB tickets

My sister and I are currently in beautiful Zagreb. We had purchased train tickets from the OBB website to train to Salzburg from Zagreb, and we’re sent an access code to be able to print them. We assumed that we would be able to use the access code and print them AT the train station here. Employees at the station have told us that printing them there is not possible.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Ask your hotel to print them or use wifi to download the ap to your phone or tablet.

The ap should display the ticket electronically.

When using an OBB ticket for a train originating outside of Austria, you need to have a printed paper copy, not an electronically displayed copy. (At least, this is what we were told when we traveled from Ljubljana to Graz.) So you'll need to find a printer somewhere that you can use, whether at your hotel or somewhere else in the city.
