Plitvice Lakes to Slovenia, Island choices, and motion sickness

Hello! I am planning a trip to Croatia and Slovenia in late June. My partner and I enjoy hiking, biking, cultural sights, learning about artisan industries, and down-to-earth restaurants/good food. We plan to spend about 9 days in Croatia and 4 in Slovenia, starting in Dubrovnik and ending in Ljubljana to fly out. Here is our tentative itinerary and a few questions. Thanks in advance for your help!

Dubrovnik - 3 nights
Mostar - 1 night
Korcula - 2 nights
Pag Island/Novalja/Zadar - 2 nights
Plitvice - 1 night
Lake Bled - 2 nights
Lake Bohinj - 2 nights
Total - 13 nights

Question 1: Plitvice to Slovenia
In the middle of the trip, we are hoping to drive from Zadar to Plitvice Lakes with a rental car, stay for 1 night, then hike Plitvice in the am and continue to Zagreb, drop off rental car, take bus to Ljubljana, then bus to Lake Bled. Can this be done in a day? It seems like a lot of travel and connections, and yet we don't want to do another 1 night hotel unnecessarily.

Question 2: Korcula Island or Pag Island/Zadar for 2 nights each?
Sea Organ is a must-do for us, and I've read that for food culture - Zadar and Pag Island have more to offer than other cities.
Korcula Island seems relatively accessible with lots to do (Old Town, water taxis, wineries, bike paths, etc).
I wonder if doing 2 nights in each area is too much travel for what it's worth and if we should just choose one island to visit and spend more time there or do day trips from Dubrovnik or Zadar.

Question 3: Motion sickness
If you suffer from motion sickness, how were the ferries/catamarans between the large islands? For example, I cannot sit in the backseat of a car without feeling sick, and a day-long deep sea fishing excursion on a small boat off the Atlantic coast was torture. I am fine if I'm in the front seat of a car, on planes/trains/etc.

We did a lot of these destinations on the RS tour of that area. I wish we would have had two nights in Mostar instead of only one.

I used a scopolamine patch on the days going and coming from Korcula. I am also good on planes, trains and cars (most of the time). I probably didn't need it for that short crossing, but I didn't want to risk getting sick.

I would suggest taking the train from Zagreb to Lake Bled (Lesce-Bled). It will be much easier than a bus transfer in Ljubljana.

I would cut your itinerary by half or you won't see a thing. I stayed two nights in Mostar wished I had stayed 3. Korcula stayed 2 nights wished I'd stayed 4. Plivice stayed 2, that was enough. Sea sick/motion sickness is an inner ear thing and can be horrible. So now I'm going to sound totally crazy but I am a scuba diver and in the beginning suffered a lot of sea sickness took about a year of ocean travel to get over it. So here comes crazy: have a beer or two before you go on a boat, it numbs the ear thing and you won't get ill. Have a wonderful trip. J

I get seasick and felt fine when standing outside on the car ferry to Korcula. But I would eliminate Korcula from the itinerary. It's nice but not worth the extra driving IMO. I agree you should add a night to Mostar. We reserved Plitvice for when it opened and finished by 1:00. Pick up your rental car in Dubrovnik (you won't need a car there), drive to Mostar, Zadar, Plitvice, and Slovenia. You must get the vignette for driving in Slovenia. It's easy to add it to the rental car online. Drop off the car in Zagreb and fly home from there. Or, if you already have purchased plane tickets, drop the car in Zagreb and take a bus or train to spend the last night in Ljubliana. Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj are 30 minutes apart so there's no need to change accommodations. We loved Slovenia but were underwhelmed by Lake Bled. We spent 5 nights in Radovljica, enjoyed hiking in the area, and visited Ljubliana as a day trip by train.

Dubrovnik is really small and two nights is sufficient. I would take that third night and stay two nights in Mostar.
Also, there isn’t much going on at Lake Bohinj unless you are planning on a lot of hiking and boating perhaps.
