I have one day and night still to plan. We will be driving from Plitvices Lake to Dubrovnik. I would like to find a scenic coastal town perhaps near Split or Zadar. Any ideas?

I stopped for two nights between Plitvice and Dubrovnik. One night I stopped in the little town of Baska Voda in the Makarska Riviera, a kind of resorty area on the coast. (The other night I drove inland to Mostar.) Baska Voda is a cute little town but not particularly memorable. I guess it was a nice break from the "hustle and bustle" of some of the other places I visited (e.g. Dubrovnik).
