I’d really appreciate some insight as to where to stay in Bol. We will be there in mid September, as part of a hiking adventure. Have you ever stayed in Bol?

I just booked an apartment online--I tried to look up the agency, but it was too long ago. I would try Booking.com first.
The towns is tiny so anywhere is really fine. I like to find a place with a serviceable kitchen, a terrace or outdoor space with view, and a washing machine is a nice plus if you can get it.
PS we really liked Restaurant Jadranka, and I see it is still there!

I believe we had three nights. We of course visited the famous beach, then we rode around on a scooter to other towns and rambled around a bit. It was sort of a wind-down stop at the end of a trip so not super ambitious. I really wanted to visit Blaca hermitage, but they were not doing tours the days we were there.
Are you hiking on the island or elsewhere? I believe it is featured in the Cicerone book if you are looking for trails.
