Need recommendations for Croatia Trip

Hey

I am thinking of doing a quick stint to Croatia over the next few weeks. Although I wish that I could dedicate more time, this would be a 7 day trip. I would be flying into Dubrovnik and was thinking about doing the following:

Day 1 - Dubrovnik Explore

Day 2 - Dubrovnik Kayaking and Island Explore

Day 3 - Drive to Kotor and Kotor Explore

Day 4 - Kotor Surrounding Villages for the day? - Or depart early to drive to Korcula?

Day 5 - Korcula and Surrounding Areas

Day 6 - ?

Day 7 - Departure and last minute side trips en-route to Dubrovnik

Obviously, this is a pretty loose itinerary right now and suggestions would be a huge help.

I would suggest that you take a close look at a map to make for an optimal one-week trip. Kotor is in Montenegro, not Croatia and involves border formalities in crossing. It’s south of Dubrovnik, whereas Korcula is north. My Croatian neighbor recommended an itinerary years back that I finally made happen last year- and it was fantastic: Dubrovnik, then ferry to Korcula, then ferry to Hvar, then ferry to Split from where you can begin your return flight back home. No car rental is needed, the ferries are a relaxing way to travel with all transfers about two hours or less.
