Planning to stay in on place/ or two for one month in February.
Can anyone advise whether Marbella is a good choice to center our stay and do day trips from. Is the weather comfortable for swimming?
Should I book 2 locations?
I heard places may be closed due to low tourism at this time. Confirm???
Advise please.

Do you mean Marbella, Spain rather than Croatia as it is listed?
If so, will you have a car? We stay in Málaga, Spain, not far from Marbella, for 8 weeks January into March.
Málaga is a great transport hub with good train and bus connections. We do not rent a car so good public transport is important to us.
Everything is open in Málaga during that time. We have done numerous day and overnight trips from there and not encountered closures.
The sea will not be warm. We are on the beach often, as are others, but we have seen very few go in the water to swim in February.
