Please make comments on our 7 full days trip itinerary, and if should consider spending 1day getting to Rovinj through the islands, or better save it for Istria?
Arrive in Zagreb on July 9 at 5pm, pick up the car and drive to Plitvice. Sleep in the park for 2nights.
On July 11 drive to Kuterevo Bear Refuge, spend the afternoon there, then drive for 1.5h to Jablanac/Stinica. Take the 7:00pm ferry to Misnjak (Rab Island), drive for 30min, sleep on Rab Island.
On July 12 take from Lopar the 9:45am ferry to Valbiska (Krk Island), 1.5h ride, from there take the 12pm ferry to Merag (Cres Island) for 25min. Drive to Mali Losinj for 1h , spend some time on the island, then drive to Prozona for 1.5h and take the 7pm ferry to Brestova for 20min. Drive from to Rovinj for 1.5h, spend the next 4nights there.
While in Rovinj we will do daytrips to Motovun (for truffle hunting) and the hillside villages, Porec, Dekleva lavender farm, Kanfanar (concert in the wee church), Pula, beaches.
On July 16 drive to Zagreb, catch the next morning flight.
