Looking at doing the driving tour of the Julian Alps coupled with Lake Bled. The route described in Rick's book starts near Lake Bled and goes counter-clockwise, ending in Tolmin. Is there any reason not to do this in the reverse direction, i.e. start in Tolmin and end up at Lake Bled? We're going to be coming from the Skocjan caves and ending back in Ljubliana - seems like going clockwise might save some driving. Any compelling reason to go one direction vs. the other?
