Itinerary critique

We are 4 senior women, coming to Croatia. We will arrive the afternoon of Saturday, May 3. We are not renting a car. We have an airbnb in Trogir. That evening will just a stroll around town and early dinner.
Sunday-May 4- Split
Monday- May 5- Ferry to Hvar
Tuesday- may 6- group tour to Krka and a winery
Wednesday- May 7- Nothing scheduled but I guess that day is a festival in Split so we thought we would go back there.
My question is, if that's the case should we do something else on Sunday? I realize on Sundays not everything is open.
Thursday May 8- private transfer to Dubrovnik with a stop at winery and Ston
Friday- May 9- all day Dubrovnik
Saturday May 10- Korcula ?( open to other suggestions)
Sunday May 11 Tour to Montenegro
Monday- Depart.

Anything I should change? We really aren't into anything super physical. Just like to stroll around cities, eating, drinking , people watching. Thanks

Are you basing yourselves in Trogir from May 4-7? Split’s
ferry port is located near Diocletian’s Palace for your 1-hour ferry trip to Hvar Town.
I would keep both May 4 for Split and May 7 for the festival day because there’s a lot to see in Diocletian’s Palace during your May 4 visit and being there May 7 during the festival will be a different experience— should be a lot of fun.
On May 10 you could swap out the 2 to 2.5-hour ferry ride from Dubrovnik to tiny Korcula Town and simply take the 15- minute ferry from Dubrovnik’s Old Town to Lokrum National Park on Lokrum Island. Beautiful island with pine forests, walking trails, and beaches. There’s a 12th-century Benedictine monastery there with a cafe for lunch and also a fort Napolean built.
Have a great trip!

I would leave out Korcula as a day trip from Dubrovnik, it’s rather far. An extra day in Dubrovnik is an easy call, there’s lots of options for things to do: boat out to Lokrum, Cavtat (boat or bus), and any number of excursions to the Elaphiti islands (which you can arrange at the old port the day before or day of sometimes, checking out the options is part of the fun.)

I don’t have any issue with ending up in Split on two days, again there’s plenty to see/do. I recommend visiting the Mestrovic home and museum, and the neighboring chapel.
