Italy to Dubrovnik direct flight options

We will be traveling from Florence to Dubrovnik in Oct. It seems there's only direct flight from Rome to Dubrovnik or Mostar on Tues or Friday. The flight to Mostar is by Mistral Air which I'm not familiar with. Are there any other direct flight options?

Once in Dubrovnik we will get a tour to visit Sarajevo and Mostar for 2 days and then back to Dubrovnik. It'll work better for us to fly directly to Sarajevo but there seems to be no direct flight from Italy. Another thread mentioned ferry between Italy and Croatia but as far as I read it doesn't seem to be that straight forward.

I checked both Milan and Venice for direct flight options and there doesn't seem to be any. I remember when I was booking the flight back to US from Dubrovnik a while back, I did a search of direct flight from Rome or Venice (according to Rick's book) to Dubrovnik and there's daily flight, but now when I'm ready to book they seem to change the schedule.

Rome2rio seems to list a flight from Rome to Mostar on Tuesday with flight # W2650 by White Eagle Aviation, but I wasn't able to find anywhere to actually book such flight.

Dubrovnik is just too small and doesn't have great connections off season, when you'll be going. Try flying into Split instead (it's easy to get from Split to Dubrovnik via lovely bus trip down the coast - ~ 4 hours). Mostar too is tiny. Try flying to Sarajevo instead and getting from Sarajevo to Mostar (I took a train/bus combo). The Croatian-Italian ferries will probably be subject to the same off season forces and they go only to Bari and Ancona.

Thanks Agnes. I'd be more preferred to fly to Sarajevo first so we can do the one way trip from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik instead of the round trip. My options are more open in Italy (Florence, Rome, Venice, Milan, Naples) and due to limited time we'll most likely skip Split. For now it seems the only direct flight options we have are FCO-DBV/OMO or NAP-OMO on Tuesday.

There is also European Coastal Airlines.
Seaplanes direct between Italy and Croatia, however, they are a fairly new operation and all destinations are not available yet.

We used Croatia Airlines from Rome to Dubrovnik and back.

They don't operate every day, however. But we loved their service and were pleased with the flight.
