We have 2 weeks this Sept for island hopping before a 2 wks Croatia land tour. Need itinerary and accommodations suggestion and which island is/islands are best for relax, walking, wine, small town, etc. Thanks much.

We did a day tour to Korcula and wish we could have stayed there.

We really enjoyed a few days on the lovely, uncrowded island of Vis. We stayed in Luka, near the main harbor, but one day we took a bus across the island to the pretty little fishing village of Komiza and wished we had stayed there. So picturesque.
From Komiza we took a boat to the nearby island of Bisevo to see the Blue Hole. Amazing, and larger than others we have seen. Be sure to visit on a sunny day for best results.
