Considering taking a small boat (38 people) from Dubrovnik to Split in early June 2026. The tour is thru Intrepid Tours and the boat is the M/S Aurora. Has anyone taken this trip? it is 7 nights ending in Split. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

We haven’t heard of this particular company but have seen ships used by Katerina-Line in the ports of Split, Dubrovnik, and Korčula. Another company is Sail Croatia.
The main difference I think is that Intrepid is a larger, international company whereas the two I mention above are small and Croatian run.

I can't help you with this 2015-built ship, but we had a great experience with a similarly small ship (maybe m/s Monet), that could moor right in front of ancient cities, and you could walk in them after dinner - the Rick Steves nirvana of "after the daytrippers are gone." So check the daily schedule carefully. (Dubrovnik requires use of an adjacent, soul-less cruise port for all boats.)
