We plan to book a few nights in Porec April 9-11 (maybe 12) and use as a basecamp to explore Istria. Does anyone have any suggestions of hotels in Porec that have parking?

I do not, and I don't think too many people on the forum have stayed in Porec. In case you don't receive other responses, I will suggest you take a look at booking.com. There is a "parking" filter, along with many others you can use to screen out hotels lacking features important to you. I find the reviews on booking.com quite helpful; you can only review a hotel if you have actually stayed in it. Once you've found one or a few good possibilities, compare rates on booking.com with those on the hotel's own website. The hotel website will often be cheaper (but not always). Pa careful attention to cancelation policies; they can vary from website to website.
