Hotel in Old Town Split

Hi
We are looking for a hotel in Old town that is close to walk to restaurants. We would need 4-5 rooms. I noticed most online are close to sold out. Not sure if that means they are not accepting reservations yet or they really are almost sold out. Any hotel recommendations? Thank you

HI
Mid June 8-10 people. Some in single rooms and some in double rooms. I was hoping no more than about 200 euro per night if possible, not sure if that is possible.

Check booking.com. We stayed at the Hotel Peristil. It is in the old town. We had 3 rooms last August. Under 200$ and included breakfast.

I think you may be looking too early and it's not clear if you're only seeing a sliver of the hotels available, such as those in guidebooks. You shouldn't have too much issues even if the 4-5 rooms are at different hotels, since everything is quite compact in that part of Split (everything is a close walk).

Edit: I misread the post, but will leave the info below in case someone is researching Dubrovnik.

Just a few minutes walk outside of the Pile Gate in a very quiet area is Apartments Benussi. They have a couple of small attached apartments and, when I last stayed there, some nice rooms in the main house. E-mail Jadranka and ask if she can accomodate your group. The rooms would definitely be under your budget, assuming of course you mean 200 euro per room and not 200 euro per night for 4-5 rooms. I don't believe breakfast is included, but there are kitchenettes and a really good bakery nearby.

Mostly all the hotels on the square in Split are spitting distance to each other so if you had to you book rooms in a couple of them. AND Piazza Heritage Hotel and I believe Central Heritage are literally the same building just different floors and Palace Judita Heritage Hotel is right across the alley. They all look down at the restaurant at Palace Judita Heritage Hotel
