Something less than 10 years ago we stayed at the Korčula Heritage Hotel. Lovely 100 year old hotel back then. But I just checked it to make sure it was still there and it is and its been renovated and they are very proud of it now. But it was absolutely perfect location, style, staff when were there. Cant imagine how it got better.

We stayed at an AirBnb last weekend just west of the Old Town and it was amazing. Yes, many steps, but great views of the mountains, water, and Old Town. If you’re in the Old Town, you can’t see the Old Town! I can PM you the AirBnB listing if you are interested.

I have to agree with Matt, I stayed in that neighborhood (west of the old town peninsula) twice due to the amazing view of the old town, which absolutely glows in the sunlight, plus the sea and mountains. I don’t have the specific listing as it was too long ago, but look on whatever site you like (Booking.com is what I use) and search on the map using your parameters. It’s a short walk to town, and I liked passing by Cukarin bakery en route…
