I'll be traveling to Croatia and Slovenia in a couple of weeks and can not eat gluten. Will it be difficult to find gluten free options in these two countries?
No, it won't (I live here and I know it from my personal experience). There are stores like DM, Kaufland or Interspar all over the place where you can find a lot of great, high quality and affordable gluten free products.
