Getting to Rijeka airport

Renting a car in Rijeka was quite a bit less if it was picked up at the airport rather than in the city. (25 km away). Any ideas or tips on transportation from the train station to the airport?

There are buses from run from the bus station in Rijeka to the airport. Catch an autotrans bus from the bus station on Trg Žabica, 50kn one way. Or you can take a taxi. I couldn't find a way to reach the airport from the train station besides hiring a taxi.
