Getting from Split airport to Korcula old town this Saturday late morning / early afternoon

Hi all,

Really looking for some help getting form Split airport to Korcula old town this Saturday.

I am heading to Croatia on Saturday for a week, arriving in Split late morning. We are planning to stay the first half of our trip in Korcula, second half in Hvar.

I’m trying to work out the ferry / catamaran timetable to get from Split to Korcula on the Saturday late morning / early afternoon. but having some trouble. We would be looking for a connection around midday but I can’t see anything until 5pm - is that the case?

If so we’ll have to rethink heading to korcula as we will have luggage with us.

Any help would be so much appreciated. Thank you.

It sounds like you don’t have accommodation booked? Risky at this time of year.

Split airport is slow to get through, usually taking at least an hour if not coming from a Schengen country. The airport bus to the ferry port - allow another hour.

The Krilo catamaran runs in the early morning, so you won’t make that. Jadrolinija catamarans are your option. The Korcula town catamaran leaves mid afternoon and there is also a boat to Vela Luka on Korcula, which maybe quicker. Details at Jadrolinija.hr for timetables and tickets.

For Korcula town to Hvar town, buy tickets at krilo.hr. This boat runs every afternoon.
