Working in Pescara in September and then then want to visit the coast of Croatia and other places.
Apart from the ferry from hell (website) there doesn't seem to be any way to get across.
Does any one know of a way.
We are flexible of places to leave and arrive at each side.

Personally, I find ferries are good.

I haven’t done it yet but we’re getting a train from Venice to Trieste. It’s about a 2 hour journey.

Cathy, the OP will not be anywhere near that part of Italy.
