The headline was probably the least informative part of the research. Croatia is the only country that I am aware of that was open last Fall and closed today. I suspect they are doing cleanup prior to the Summer season. Time will tell.

For that part of the world, Turkish Air is very convenient. One change in Istanbul where COVID testing is available in the airport, and then direct to Sarajevo.

Will Croatia be open in time? Only can wait and see.
