Hi, we plan to stay in Korčula for a couple days, and then from there go to Split. We will have a car.
Is it realistic (and how to do it) stop in both Hvar and Bol on the way to Split?

You could take a car ferry to Bol and a separate car ferry to Hvar. You won’t be able to do both during the same day and have time to see anything .

You would not want to, as even if you could it would be rushed. One or the other will offer both beaches and villages, it is just a matter of if you want THAT beach.

It’s not really realistic to visit both Hvar and Bol (on Brač) in one day on your way to Split. Ideally, you'd want at least a day for each island.
If you're tight on time and can only choose one stop, I’d recommend Hvar Town
