I'm planning island hopping in Croatia. Ideally it would start in Split and end in Dubrovnik. However my problem is that I can;t find a flight company which will do one way. Any ideas

It will help if you identify where you are flying in from…
You could flyRT to Dubrovnik and take a ferry to Split to start your trip.

Rather than searching for "one way" flights, try "multi-city" options (most major airlines list this as a choice). Multi-city = "open jaws" (a slightly archaic term) = From A to B, then from C back to A.
