Are the current wildfires affecting travel along the coast of Croatia. Going in 3 weeks.

Were you planning on driving?
I doubt roads will be affected in three weeks but I would try to avoid driving through to avoid being in the way of the recovery or voyeuristic in what looks to be a terrible tragedy with dozens hospitalized.
If you are taking catamaran, no effect should be expected.
