ferrys instead of car or bus?

My itinary for September: fly into Pula 2 nights, onto Zadar 2 nights, onto Split 2 nights, onto Korcula 2 nights, onto Dubrovnik 2 nights, fly home. I am hoping to use ferrys for all connections between stops, rather than renting a car. Is this practical? TY.

Between Zadar and Split you have to take the bus, otherwise you can take the ferry.
If the sea is calm, it's certainly a nice thing to do.

Check the timetables for Jadrolinija and Krilo for your trip.

September is no longer peak season. The ferry from Pula to Zadar only runs 3 times a week.
If you would find some more time, I would suggest to add 2 nights in Mali Losinj and also plan a half-day stop on the island of Susak.

Susak is a small island and unique in Croatia, with sandy beaches and vineyards on sandy soil, while Mali Losinj is a picturesque town on one of the most beautiful islands in Croatia.
